EDFU-3001: HUMAN GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT I
During my first semester as a freshman in university, I was enrolled into this course. This was the first concentration course I ever took, and I learned a lot from it. One of the projects we had to complete was a group presentation, in which we had to summarize three chapters from the textbook that were assigned to us by the professor and later present it to the rest of the class. The group I was in was composed of five people and, unfortunately, we experimented some trouble with the division of the tasks we would each have to complete. I believe each of us shared some responsibility for the difficulties experienced, which resulted in a rather mediocre presentation. The professor expressed that it was too long, since the information from the assigned chapters had not been summarized properly. This presentation was not some of my best work, but I take solace in knowing that it happened right at the beginning of my post-secondary studies, which taught me a lesson that I would remember for future academic projects.
