In this course, we learned about the different sociological foundations of education that have been present throughout history and remained until our contemporary era. This was an online course and most of our assignments were essays in which we would have to write about the topic that was being discussed at the time. I believe one of the best essays I wrote for this course was about the impact of alcoholism and drug addiction in society and education. The essay was completed using the academic resources provided by the professor in the online education platform.
